Guest guest
If I told you that fresh peas would heal you of a particular disease (and they could) and you agreed and started eating one pea per day, you would likely not see much benefit. The same is true of MSM. There are many tablets sold out there with mixtures of MSM, Glucosamine, and Chondroitin Sulfate. The problem is that Glucosamine, and Chondroitin Sulfate are extremely upsetting to the digestive system, so these tablets commonly contain a gram or less of the combination. Taking a gram is akin to eating one pea. In this quantity, it simply will not change anything. The only benefit to having taken a gram/ day of MSM is that you can probably jump right into a beneficial therapeutic amount without the concern for toxic release. By the way, you are probably not giving your dogs enough MSM either. Try wrapping a couple of tablespoons of it in some raw hamburger. They will thank you for it... and their coats will shine! Also, raw beef joints contain MSM. Thus, beef joints are wonderful healing treats for dogs. Actually, if we all ate raw joints, we would not need any MSM supplementation, but personally I find the MSM more appealing. >Thank you, I do have some, I used to put some in my water, only a small amount though, and was putting it in my dogs water mostly. I'll try more for me!< From: Coconut Oil <mailto:Coconut Oil%40> [mailto:Coconut Oil <mailto:Coconut Oil%40>] On Behalf Of Tanstaafl Sent: Wednesday, May 18, 2011 7:20 AM Coconut Oil <mailto:Coconut Oil%40> Subject: Re: [coconut_oil_ open_forum] Re: Question
