Hi Taanstaafl and others.

I am glad to see someone else verifying what I have been saying here and

elsewhere for many years. As others try this protocol I hope that they

also come forward with their results.

I learned about mega dosing with MSM in the manner described by

Taanstaafl over fifteen years ago and after experiencing my own

wonderful results, I really started trying to get the word out on it.

Almost everyone can benefit from it because MSM is one of the _least

toxic chemicals on earth_. In fact, it is less toxic than water.

Folks, this protocol literally allows the body to repair all of its

connective tissue throughout. Not only will this keep a 25 year old

from having a sore neck. It will help improve a 45 year old's tennis or

golf game. Furthermore,it could easily result in an added 20 to 50 years

of very healthy living as opposed to having to grind out everything past

60 in constant pain while using a cane or walker. With this a very

simple and cheap preventive, we can literally do away with almost all

joint replacement therapy, back pain, and osteoarthritis, while

reducing rheumatoid arthritis to manageable levels. What's more, the

internal healing that you don't know about right off is that it softens

calcified arteries and blood vessels, making them pliable, reducing the

heart's pumping effort while reducing blood pressure. All the while,

you simply look much better. Your finger and toe nails begin to soften

and your hair and skin take on new life.

One precaution: you must be careful with starting the mega-dosing too

quickly, because the other benefit of MSM is that it frees heavy metals

and toxins from the body (most likely, reducing the chances of getting

cancer). That is a good thing, long term, but short term when you

release toxins stored in your body fat too quickly, they can make you

ill. So you don't want to take too much starting out. Start with

teaspoons and graduate to tablespoons. Taanstaafl is doing it

correctly as described in the post below. Certainly, a 1/2 cup per day

is not too much.

As others verify these rather dramatic benefits, please post them here

as Taanstaafl has. Tell others... get the word out. Alternative

Health Forums like this one can change quickly medicine as we know it.

Allopathic, drug driven medicine, commonly passed on as healing does not

work and it is ruining our health in the process, while preventive, food

based medicine does. Our bodies inherently know how to heal themselves

when we give them the correct nourishment combined with exercise This

protocol is just one area that we can prove it. When we are

successful, I am sure that the people employed by the currently rich

drug companies can find other, more productive, forms of employment

Creating a world of people bound to pain management and drug dependency

need not be one of them. Too bad, also, about those surgeons who now

earn millions of dollars a year replacing joints with stainless steel

substitutes with their guaranteed service lives

Have you ever considered what happens when an artificial hip or knee

joint fails? Picture walking along with absolutely no pain (our

natural warning system does not extend to stainless steel joints) when

suddenly the bearing point fails and you fall in a shambles on the

sidewalk with absolutely nothing holding the failed joint in place. Does

MSM sound like a better way to you? It does to me.

My skin was starting to look really ragged, and a few months ago, I

started on MSM - LOTS of MSM. I've been taking anywhere from 2 to 4

heaping tablespoons per day (one at a time, so, one tablespoon, 2-4times

per day), and my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY in just these last 2-3

months, and ALL of my joint aches and pains are GONE.

So, my recommendation: buy a good quality MSM flakes, and start mega

dosing with it.

the best way to take it is just a heaping tablespoon in the mouth, sip

some water, swish it around until the coolness is gone and it is mostly

dissolved, then swallow it, then sip more water, swish, swallow, repeat...

Doing it this way, there is virtually no after taste (it can be quite

bitter if you allow yourself to taste it while doing this, so be sure to

not taste it)...<
