Halime, coconut oil is used to get healthier, not so much for a specific

ailment. If it was used for a specific ailment or claimed to be used as such, it

would become a drug as far as the FDA is concerned, and shipments by the company

would be stopped pending approval of the health claims. I think it's OK to state

nutritional content and the fatty acid properties though.

I USE ORGANIC COCONUT OIL AND I CONSUME 3 TABLESPOONS PER DAY I ADD IT TO HOT

SOUPS AND HOT BEVERAGES. YOU SEE A DIFFERENCE AND YOU FEEL A DIFFERENCE RIGHT

I agree with the figure of 3 tbsp as verging on a maximum. My wife and I use

more fat than that but we are using milk fat. Those who use cream and butter are

known to have better skin than those who don't. Skin condition is a useful

marker for overall health. I'd use coconut oil in addition rather than as a

replacement for milk fat because milk fat has some important nutrients that

aren't in cococnut oil.

Anyone know where one can mail order organic fresh/frozen raw heavy

cream and/or butter?
