Speaking of Hexagonal Water, I've always been curious about the various forms of

water treatment. I looked up the term and found this small article. In part 4,

he mentions a simple way to oxygenate your own water! So I took my favorite

water, Deer Park, and did as he said. My stomach is usually slightly bloated.

Each time I drank water this way, right afterward my stomach started belching at

medium strength, like something good was happening! I'm sold on it and just

wanted to share the idea.

An idea for a good, safe water bottle is to buy some Snapple Tea in glass

bottles. They work great for water and are about 16-18 oz.

better now that I am drinking " Hexagonal Water " , but my husband's skin was

always so dry, and mine was just normal to dry, but working as an Esthetician

for over 30yrs. I took care of it very well. I do think you can overdo it with

water, as it can wash a lot of the B vitamins right out of the body, which are

really good for the skin along with other vitamins and minerals. I think the

best thing for the body, including the face of course is getting a lot of greens

in the diet, and Aloe Vera. I chop it up and put it into cranberry juice and

drink every day. It is just great, and I take Vit D3 10,000 units for five

days, and 5,000 for the remaining two days of the week.
