Too bad there's so much other garbage that it obliterates any advantage

that the lithium in the water might provide.

I prefer to get mine separately as a supplement if at all...

Hi ,

Yes, of course. My comment on the tap water was tongue-in-cheek :-)

I, too, have some Lithium Orotate which I purchased because of it's benefits for

memory - so I was surprised to learn that it's also shown to promote longevity.

I switched which email address to use in my group settings, and

apparently something got out of sync for an hour or two - I never saw
