Dr. Tenpenny to present “The Link Between Common Foods & Illness—What You Eat May Be Killing Youâ€With all of today’s medical advances, why aren’t we the picture of health? On Wednesday, October 15, Dr. Tenpenny will discuss the link between foods and illness at Strongsville High School from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Topics include: How undetected food allergies can lead to health problems; the detrimental effect of sugar and white flour; how to sweeten your foods without sugar; the importance of essential fatty acids, and the link between artificial sweeteners and disease.
