Guest guest Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 HELP! I've been taking coconut oil for about 4 weeks now, one tablespoon in the morning, and one more later in the day. I also do oil pulling with it first thing in the morning. Nothing else has changed in my diet or exercise level, and I've gained 5 pounds. I do feel some benefits from it (better gums, teeth, less pain in my neck and shoulders), but I surely don't need to be gaining weight. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts? Thank you....
