Guest guest
I use MCT oil to wet the outside of chicken pieces so the pieces brown and spices stick a bit better, before grilling in the Foreman Grill. Marvelous MCT oil goes so well in my whey shake, in which I usually put a couple of ounces of whipping cream, so I've cut the whipping cream by half. The amount of whipping cream I still have in there emulsifies the MCT oil so it doesn't rise to the top. My late night snack is usually cranberry trail mix with extra crans. MCT oil allowed me to reduce the cream in there too. MCT oil covering the vegetables I had around the roast last night was excellent; normally I'd have used olive oil but this is better. I've used MCT oil and balsamic vinegar on a green salad too with nothing unusual to report. I think I'll continue to use olive oil though in Greek salad, because the olive flavour is important there. all good, Duncan
