Guest guest
n - What kinds of medication can your pharmacist compound? What medication does he recommend for colds? Or should I ask him directly? Bobby has had just one prescription since his GF-CF diet - amoxicillan - and my husband joked with our pharmacist about whether or not it was gluten free. Our pharmacist didn't think my husband was funny, and it got me thinking about where we could possibly get medications for Bobby that were guaranteed to be GF-CF. Thanks. I remember someone asking about a DAN doctor, I can't remember who it was. but anyway. I met Dr. Derrick Londsdale, M.D. May 11th. He is now an alternative medicine which is a medicine practice of healing the cause of symptoms instead of treating the symptoms which never really helps to heal the body. He has published a book called "Why I Left Orthodox Medicine". Located in Westlake, Ohio, He is a pediatric doctor who specializes in autism in children. He worked at the Cleveland Clinic for 20 years in pediatrics. I think he is a suitable DAN doctor. We are going to begin chelation therapy soon and we had preliminary tests done there before we begin. Our Compounding Pharmacist , highly recommends Dr. Londsdale as a renound physician. If you have any other questions about Dr. Londsdale or our pharmacist please feel free to ask. Guest guest
Hi The antibiotics depend on their make. Most children's antibiotics come in liquid for which contains very high amounts of sugar which is not good for gfcf kids because sugar will feed the yeast that accumulates in our kids. Antibiotics also have an effect with yeast because they kill off the good bacterias that kill yeast too. So the liquid antibiotics are really a problem for our kids in general. What I do is ask for a pill that is gfcf and crush it to powder. I mix it with applesauce or pear sauce or banana mush and my son takes it with no problem. Marc's discount store carries a really great pill pulverizer. it crushes pills to fine powder. Ask for the pulverizer for pills. It screws down and compresses the pill to powder....it is wonderful and so easy to do. just a few turns and it's powder! Hope your family is doing well this week! ~ n marottafamily@... writes: n - What kinds of medication can your pharmacist compound? What medication does he recommend for colds?
