Guest guest
I don't think those numbers that you give are right. On the bigger number, the topic is brazil nuts. The smaller number was just general -- not much said. Lyn Coconut Oil Sorry! I meant slot to the left of " Search " . But it sounds like it's a touchy vitamin that can really do bad things if you don't know what you're doing. How does one find a pure form of B3? How do you find out if you actually need it? Is B3 a vitamin everyone is deficient in or low in and that is why the detox is so violent for some people? For example, I started taking iodine a few months ago and learned it as I went and found out it is a detoxifier and I realized that is what I was noticing now and then, that my body started detoxifying from it. I did not have any trouble except on the day that I increased my dose. After that and taking that same size dose, I breezed right along just fine. So maybe I would not even have any trouble with B3 when I get started. I just don't know what form I should be taking that is best for me, since it sounds like that is very important. > > > > > > > > > (name?) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
The number 38235 is correct and there is a lot said about the difference between niacin and niacinamide. You have to click on the " Re: GABA " in order to see the entire post. Sorry about the other number - it's 38228. I explain what kind I use and why. Guest guest
your options to increase glutathione also includes cystine 500 mg capsules, 3-6 per day is ballpark. Protandim increases glutathione production if the rate-limiting precursors are present; AmGenex DNA triggers 200 genes for glutathione production, also if precursors are present, and selenomethionine and SAM-E contain methionine, which can be recycled into glutathione production. Alpha-liopoc acid helps to more efficiently recycle spent glutahtione, other antioxidants help too, and re-methylating homocysteine with vitamin B12, b6 and folic acid and other methyl donors would be an asset. all good, Duncan > > Had a problem with the whey... So no, not doing it... may try it again later as
