Hi Lori E:

I make my own Magnesium Oil. The best Sea Water for this is from

Northern Latitudes. I collect gallons of it when I visit my brother in

Maine. Then I boil it and add Zechstein Salts (Swanson is a good

source). This makes a dynamite oil.

>I think you are on to something about magnesium,

I hurt my upper leg, where it connect to the hip, but in front, ( think it

was when I was on trampoline and I got a little overboard doing high knee

raises, the next day I could hardly walk, (normal I mean) for 3 days a bad

limp, no walking my dogs..I took my normal high does of MSM powder, 15000 mg

and Hyaluronic acid( Nature's way, Hydraplenish)

, and Neo Cell super

collagen, mixed with water and lemon juice, in the morning. Then later in

the afternoon the liquid glucosamine; but you have to take it for about a

week or more to notice anything on it.

Went to the chiropractor Monday afternoon, and then to this man who has the

Bio matt, and foot bath, detox, then bought some Magnesium oil from him, he

said to put it on the place that hurt, I did, and the next day I put it on

that morning and night, and today I can walk normal and don't hurt. I

already had magnesium oil,( was different than his) and I take other

magnesium, but I felt led to buy his, and I think it helped, that with the

chiropractor and prayer; Telling my body to line up to the Word of God.

The magnesium oil is (35% Magnesium chloride in seawater, trace minerals.)

it is more liquid than the one I had and seems to work. It has a slight

burn, or heat sensation that my other did not have. It does not have a

brand name on it, but if you call him maybe he could send it, if someone

wants some? His name is Mr. Hawkins 479-631-7455 it was 18.00 for about 8-10

0z size.<
