Guest guest
Well Don, I started working on finding one while on the Cleanse earlier this year, but have not really found one that i like or that works well. I started experimenting with the recipe on the back of a box of Annies veggie burgers trying to recreate it, but using prouted grains, but havent gotten it quite right yet because they turn out too wet. Tried adding a bit of spouted grain flour but that didnt really help. I have a recipe for a raw patty and raw falafel, but at this point i'm not as interested in raw recipes for those as i am something vegitarian that i can grill lightly. When i get one " down " i will definitely share it ) Sylvia > > > instead of ground meat, use veggie burger recipe but chunk it up in a > > skillet like taco meat. > > > > I like the Tonic duff as a seasoning myself and this is a great place > > to start, to that base add the following spices then add to your > > veggie meat: 1 tblsp ground cumin, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic > > powder, 1 tblsp ground red chili powder (not cayenne unless you are a > > thrill seeker like Guido) and 1 tsp ground tumeric. > > > > For the cheese try organic Almond Cheese i think it is made by a > > company called Lysette? > > > > For the sour cream make a thick version of almond milk, strain the > > almond meal out then add about 2 tblspoons lemon juice and a bit of > > slat to taste, leave to cure overnight in the fridge. > > > > Sylvia > > > > ------------------------------------ > > Okay now do we have a veggie burger recipe?
