Guest guest
Hi, I'm needing double knee replacement. A year ago, I had an infection in my leg that turned out to be staph infection, now my Dr. is scared to do the surgery. He has told me about the risks involved. But honestly, doesnt everyone carry the staph seed in their body. What if you had it in school when you were a kid. He says it never dies.. I'd appreciate any comments or advise. Thank you. Guest guest
My husband is more prone to staff infections because he is on an autoimmune drug that lowers his resistance. We all have staff on our bodies from what we were told. You can keep it at bay with special prescription soaps used in the shower. My husband recently had a bad staff infection, was put on antibiotics, and yet they performed surgery anyways making sure he used this soap.
