Guest guest
I wonder if it is actually the lack of fat that is leading to the shrinkage? Wasn't there another study done by a doctor who is giving her husband coconut oil and is seeing an improvement in brain function? Guest guest
the brain is nearly 50% lecithin,if we arent taking enough, maybe this is a major contributor of shrinkage if we dont have any in our diet. I take it every day.
Guest guest
Alobar, how much do you take daily? Is it pills/caps or a powder? Can you tell me how much it runs you and where you get it? (grocery store, health food store, online?) Guest guest
I take alfalfa in capsules that I get from GNC, but I used to make alfalfa sprouts, and I am going to start sprouting soon, but alfalfa is one of the most nutritous foods in the world. The roots go deep into the earth to gather trace minerals from the soil. It is a rich source of all the vitamins A<B<C<D<E<F< and K, minerals and amino acids. After seven days growth, the leaves of the sprouts become green and their nutritive value increases even more. I feel so much better since I started taking the tablets, I take 6 a day, 3 in the morning and three with dinner. I had surgery three years ago,and I am just now begining to feel normal again. I also take barley green. From: k8teeth <stonesigns@...> Subject: Re: Question for Duncan Coconut Oil Date: Sunday, November 8, 2009, 3:52 PM Â . why do you take alfalfa ? Ive heard its good for you but would like your comments.
Guest guest
When you grew your own alfalfa sprouts, how did you supply them with trace minerals? Guest guest
Interesting that a " high protein " diet grows perfectly healthy breast-fed babies ...it's not protein itself that causes any protein-associated problem but its FORM. I don't condone unbalanced diets anyway, and the diets many are using contain adequate carbs and vitamins to be balanced, and not " high protein " . Guest guest
So, if I understand you correctly, the trace minerals you spoke of earlier are already in the Alfalfa seeds, and the sprouting process needs no mineralized water. If so, I guess it is important to obtain seewds from alfalfa grown on good soil. Never read the books. When I can obtain them, I add alfalfa sprouts to my liquid salad. I want to start sprouting wheat so that I can make rejuvelac again. Have you ever read " Rejuvenation " by Blauer? I have had the book for years, and that's how I got into sprouting. It's really a good book, based on Dr. Ann Wigmore's teachings. >

Guest guest
Duncan, What brand of glutathione do you recommend? How much would you recommend for a 64 yr old female? Also, where is a good place to purchase? Many thanks, Becky in North Carolina
Guest guest
Thanks for info! All good/  Pasha From: Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Friday, September 9, 2011 5:08 PM Subject: Re: Question for Duncan  Research such as this paper <http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0039625700001405> reveals much about the role oxidative stress plays in macular degeneration. I'd make sure to use antioxidants and especially whey and selenium, the glutathione increasers. Also, many things improve on an anti-aging program that focuses on regeneration, and I know a few people whose eyesight improved, one to such an extent that he no longer needed glasses. It's not an MD story but may be of interest. The fella is using SomaLife gHP to keep his HGH levels higher in adulthood and continued to report positive changes to his biology for more than five years. He is very pleased with additional benefits from starting on pregnenolone in the last couple of months. all good, Duncan > > Your thoughts about alternative treatments of wet macular degeneration ( Age-Related Macular Degeneration )? >  > Thanks, > Pasha > >
