Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I've been taking XanGo's mangosteen juice for 2 1/2 years and it's helped my arthritis so much I can't tell you. I would be wheelchair bound now if it weren't for my XanGo. The Fat Burning Smoothie takes 12 ounces of XanGo and 12 ounces of Kefir and 3 cups any fresh or frozen fruit (I use frozen blueberries) and 6 T's yogurt. You blend that and then add 6 T's olive oil and 6 T's coconut oil. blent all together and that's the base that lasts me for 8 meals (four days). You take 6 ounces each meal and add some fruit and a scoop of whey (protein) to that and I drink it for breakfast and Lunch. It's so good because the XanGo is delicious. Anyway - it works. There's one catch and it was the hard part for me - you have to drink half your weight in ounces of water to flush out all the toxins this diet releases. Yikes, that's 12 cups a day and I have to admit I've never quite achieved that but do drink 8 - 10 cups which is a lot more than I'm used to drinking. One of the XanGo doctors came up with this diet and I sure wish he'd come up with it years ago because I've been trying to loose weight for years. It's wonderful to put on clothes that are dress sizes below what you are used to wearing. If you'd like to read more about it just go to: http:// www.cerisse.com/ and click on the links in the middle of Cerisse's web page. Sure interesting reading. Guest guest
Sylvie, THANK YOU I am going to follow up on this, sounds wonderful. I go once a year for a week to the Optimal Health Institute in Lemon Grove, Ca, and eat only raw veggies (an a few fruits) and water, rejuvelex (a fermented drink) and wheat grass juice. It's awful but gives a body cleanse. I'm already used to drinking half my weight in oz of water. Lynn > > > Every little bit does help, good for you.
