Yesterday had the splint/bandage removed. One week after the surgery and

this was the first time it had been changed. Trust me when I tell you it

feels so good not having the massive thing on my wrist to the elbow. Also

found out why all the pain meds! Guess the Dr. did know how much it was

going to hurt. I was surprised at the level on pain. Now for at least two

weeks I have a removal splint thingy. This was been an interesting

experience and know for sure I do not want a wrist joint replacement ever.

Give me BLKR that was less pain for me. But as tto the pain level before

and after - it is much better even at this point then before. So would do

it over again if I had to do it.

So for those with this ahead for you, it is not pleasant, it is better

afterward and don't put it off.
