Hemp seed oil is 55% omega-6 LA, which is already high and inflammatory and

immunosuppressive at high levels. two per cent of the 22% linolenic acid LNA can

be converted to EPA and DHA, if the LA is low enough to not compete.

Hemp seed protein is nutritious; I'd get the defatted. Undenatured whey is my

choice though as a major protein because it is more easily absorbed and it's

better medicine, but variety is good.
