Guest guest Posted February 14, 2011 Report Share Posted February 14, 2011 Hemp seed oil is 55% omega-6 LA, which is already high and inflammatory and immunosuppressive at high levels. two per cent of the 22% linolenic acid LNA can be converted to EPA and DHA, if the LA is low enough to not compete. Hemp seed protein is nutritious; I'd get the defatted.
