Guest guest
Karl, your wife might eat coconut oil if you bought deodorized, which has pretty much the same properties. I'm thinking I want some fractionated coconut oil, which is flavourless and pourable at room temperature, and is primarily MCT oil as the LCT component fats have been removed. The best-tasting oil is the freshest and purest oil that has not been subject to heating. Quality First International has several lines including fractionated oil and a pharmaceutically pure extra virgin oil that is chilled in the extraction process, that lasts for years without detectable rancidity that plagues ordinary VCO. This one invites comparison. http://qualityfirst.on.ca all good, Duncan > > Hello all..we are brand new to the group.
