Thanks to those members who took the time to reply to my question of which

coconut oil they use and can recommend. I found your information very helpful.

Are there any books on coconut oil that our members can recommend and not just

cook books?

Thanks again for all your help.

of months now. I like it very much and the price is very good, but is it the

best one to buy in terms of quality? I've been reading about the glass jars as

well as the different ways of processing the oil, such as extracted via

fermentation, centrifuge extracted, expeller pressed, cold pressed. It is a

little overwhelming, but I would like to learn. What are the majority of the

members here using? Please don't tell me to look back over the 2,000 plus

entries as I neither have the time or inclination to do that, but I would

appreciate some advice.
