Guest guest
At age 40 I was recently diagnosed with congenital hip dysplasia. Progressively throughout 2010 I started with popping in the hip which has moved to pain. Reviewing the xray I've worn away most of the cartilage, and the OS that I saw is recommending a hip replacement. As of the last month I've been feeling stress in my left knee and ship. My question for those who've experienced pre replacement pain. Can the stress of a altered gait be causing the knee and lower leg pain? I live in Chicago and I'm trying to hold off on the surgery till the better weather arrives. Thanks Chris Chicago, IL
