Guest guest
I am down south trying to get some sun and PT in their swimming pools. 83 degrees here in Palm Springs. I drove my RV down and kneeling to set up the RV is required. I find that placing a rug down then kneeling to put up the trailer jacks isn;T too bad. Getting back up is still a problem. Also have to kneel to light the oven on our propane stove. I was kicked out of PT one month post op because I was beyond Medicare limits for stretching and bending. I am doing water exercises each week day and have a question. The instructor says that those with knee replacements should not do the twisting exercises. I did them anyway and now get the ace bandage feeling plus twinges in my hip. It is something like the feelings I had after like 3 months post op. My OS is too far away to ask. Also some of the campers are using a shoe with a coil in the heel. They say it really helps them to stand straight and cushions walking on hard surfaces. I ordered a pair. I also note that I limp and have to tell myself heel then toe to stop limping. I try to walk 30 minutes per day in the pool if it is not too crowded. Guest guest
Hi Bricky, You got the Ace bandage effect now? From twisting? Seems strange. I don;t think that nerves become undone after the are reconnected. Maybe there is something else going on. Or not. I do know that I refrane from pivoting too much on the tennis court. I also know that weather has a deffinate effect on my knee. We had a horrid day today in NYC, and my knee has told me that there will be no bending beyond 100 degrees for the rest of the evening. A coil in the heel???? Not sure what that is. But I now wear arch supports, and that seems to make my feet feel better. Ah, getting old and infirm. The Golden Years, yes?? All the best, and hating you for being in the warm and dry, Joan ________________________________ From: " Skippyfj@... Guest guest
The shoe is called a Z-Coil. Goggle Z-Coil shoes. I am into frequency healing and we are very close to coming out with some new or really 80 year old treatments that were hidden until now, we hope. DR Rife invented equipment that cured some cancers back in 1935. The AMA took them to court for using un-authorized procedures and sent an Engineer and an MD to prison for 5 years. DR Rife won every case but used every cent fighting the lawsuits. They had to give the frequencies in court but were not asked enough questions, so the procedure was hidden until Jeff Garff rebuilt DR Rife's equipment and thinks he found the secret He posted the procedure free to all on the Internet. You can buy equipment that can produce what Rife did at EMR-Labs.com, a GB-4000, MOPA for about $5,000. I bought some as I have Barrets Esophagus which is one step away from cancer and do not want to go our MD route for treatments. The only good results are coming from South Africa. One person claims they treated 20 people with cancer with a 95% cure rate. He would be prosecuted by the AMA if he lived in the USA.. Guest guest
Best of luck, Brickey. I am more of a traditionalist myself. Joan ________________________________ From: " Skippyfj@...
