Spend some time with your Grandma, or someone who was like a Grandma to you.

When your life is very stressful. When you feel you need some extra love and support just visit your Grandma. The most treasured times may be when you were a child yourself. So just find some quiet time, close your eyes and imagine you are with your grandma like when you were a child. Imagine yourself being embraced and cherished, imagine sitting with your grandma and talking and she's listening to you and caring about what you say. Imagine the sound of her clock ticking and the warmth of her home. Imagine the love in the air that just seems to pour from her to you. Take it all in and cherish the moment that you can have over and over again anytime you need.
