Guest guest
This brings back a memories from my slender younger days in 1980 when I originally caused that bulge on moving day. I am walking again like my back is shaped like the top half of an S " S " . Other then in the dental chair (raising me up) and when i woke withit in horrible spasm in recovery from my this TKR (needed to urgently turn to my left side with pillow between knees to resolve it) i have not had problems from it. Once the kink leaves it should be fine again. Just one more glitche on the road to recovery. I felt fine but very tired in legs, feet and back on way back out. Today i am aying for it with a major bout of Lumbago. I think my lower back will restrengthen over time like everything else arond thebknee should now that the knee is new and i am up and about out of the house more again. I just have to not rush and get set back onto my butt from oain. i do have a potential for an old injury ( possible L4-L5 bulging disc) to flare but this as miserable as it is is about 1/3 as bad as that used to flare to years ago. > L ( 6 weeks from TKR) >
Guest guest
Well it took me 3 days to recover from my lower back twisteroo or whiplash of some sort and now my upper half of leg/hip recent included twisteroo seems to also be improvng to where I am this morning finding myself forgetting to grab my forearm crutches to get around the house. That means iwill be back to my former good progress tomorow, just in time for the shower which i feared would be looking worse at rather then at least the same or better than before surgery. I will not try to show off by going around that lawn (likely too risky and irritating uneven a foot qsurface) party with just a cane. I will see most folks again for Thanksgiving and maybe then inwill be more able to strut around using my better " in the house " foot and leg stability. Guest guest
I also had to recover without the benefit of the ibuprofen or similar type antiinflammatories because I am still on Aspirin blood thinning therapy for another week or two so i guess all in all i did fairly okay taking 5-6 days to bounce back and only missing one of my three PT sessions this week.
