Books on Coconut Oil, anyone have a favorite?

OK, here's the deal. I have a few things at amazon.com in my shopping cart, and

I need to place the order, so it's an ideal time for me to get " one more book "

and I'd like for that book to be a coconut oil basic info book.

I have been active on for over a decade now, so I've seen the

endless repetitive " new here " postings, and that's not what this is. I have

belonged to this forum for nearly three years now.

I apologize for imposing on you folks, I *did* search this group using the

search field at the top of the messages page, and as far as I could tell, there

is not an existing question posted similar to this. I know only too well how

busy we all are, and, so, I extend this question hoping anyone could just

quickly answer, if they have a particular book that's their " go-to " source for

the basics. I appreciate your forbearance.

If you mean a basic and reliable book of knowledge on coconut oil and related

products for health and wellness, I've  always referred to the book " the

healing miracles of coconut oil " , one of the earlier books written by Dr Bruce

Fife.
