Guest guest
PJ, I like the diabetes cure. Does your book show if it was taken in as solid food and was it cooked? Did they take it as tea? Would really be very happy if you could give me more info as i am diabetic. Thanks. melly > > I recently read a book published in 1909, in which the author says about different customs in Kerala,India. The very name Kerala indicates the land of coconuts and I live in Kerala. Our entire food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian are based on coconut. The book says about the food of an 18 century warrior. He eats one plate of boiled rice mixed with scrambled coconut in the morning with no other side dish. Another king eats tender coconut mixed with jaggery(If you go on heating sugar cane juice it will end up in a dark brown viscous substance called jaggery)in the early morning. All the above food indicates that they all are body building techniques.I recently read a herbal medicine note, which state that a tincture made of the roots of coconut tree which you find on the trunk above ground level cures diabetes. > > P.J. >
