On HRBLOCK.COM. there is a deduction in the itemized section about out-of-pocket medical expense.. Does this expense have to be Bills that I have already paid? Or can it be Bills that I've accumilated through the year that my insurance didn't pay and I haven't either (DEBT).? Thanks, Bill in Snowy Indiana
