Guest guest
There are exercises to do - most of them are to strengthen the leg and correct the terrible gait a lot of people started using as the pain increased. MY OS did prescribe a bout of PT but also told me that in his experience the best rehab was just walking. He compared it to knee replacement (which he also does) and said that if very specific PT is needed after knee surgery or one will never get the range of motion.
