There are choices. I have IBS and thank goodness have had no ill effect from the one they gave me. Re: Antibiotics before Dental Work As for antibiotics, I was told one year after TKR by my surgeon, 2 years by my dentist, and the rest of my life by various people. Which one is right? I recently did the amoxicillin 2000 mg. before dental work. My poop came out as water for 5 days afterwards. I corrected this imbalance with some candida natural compound, lots of yogurt, and sacchromydes boullardi, a specific probotic. I am okay now.
