Coconut Oil for Impetigo ?

Hello All

Just curious if anyone has used coconut oil for impetigo? My daughter has

it over her knee and shin. I have been using a combination of coloidal

silver and manuka honey. It seems to be cutting it back and it's looking

way better, but just wondering how effective coconut oil would be?

In appreciation for any replies.
