Guest guest
Hey, I had my bilateral TKR 5 months ago. I have been doing great and have had very little, if any pain lately. Today I was sitting in a chair and when I went to stand up, I heard and felt a horrible crunching sound in my left knee. It has been hurting ever since, although I don't notice any significant weakness. I was already scheduled to see my surgeon next week just for a regular check up. I imagine I can wait until then, unless it gets worse. It does not feel like the prosthesis itself is out of joint or anything. I don't know what else could have happened. I am quite distraght over this as I expected to fly into the surgeon next week and show him how GREAT I was doing. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts on what I did and/or what I can do to overcome this? in PA
