Start talking about coconut Oil then... I didn't start this, but I will

stop....   one does tend to fall into the trap though....

How about everyone's coconut oil stories.  I for one would like to hear how

much

you take, how you take it, why you started, how you heard about it, the benefits

you have experienced so far.. even the kind of diet you find yourself eating

now.  Are you vegans, paleo, or still eat the Standard American diet?
