Just to drink the herb teas and raw veg juice mixture (beets, carrots, potatoes, celeriac root and black radishes), when hungry, plus onion broth if more strength needed, and one apple juiced a day. He does mention using potato peelings for a tea also but I haven't done this yet. Thank you, Baugh ********************* do you have any super/total nutrition?
