Guest guest
I mix mine briefly in a blender in a way that I hope doesn't break the undenatured proteins. For two glasses, about a 1/3 cup of thick cream, 1 tsp lecithin, pulse that, add 1.5 cups milk, turn it on, add 10 powdered pills vitamin D 1,000IU and 3 powdered pills selenomethionine 200mcg, 2 tsp inulin, then something like 2 heaping tbsp colostrum if I'm on a growth/anti-aging program, or a scoop of rice bran or a banana if I'm going high-carb, and then while its running check the consistency, add the whey, then immediately turn off the blender. If you added 1/2 can coconut cream and 2 tbsp psyllium after the inulin you'd be into a pretty good pudding that's very close to the glyconutrient pudding recipe. A jot of kelp powder and a pinch of good quality 200x powdered organic aloe gel would about do it; I think aloeessence.com is good but I don't know how concentrated it is. all good, Duncan > > Duncan, could you state again how you take undenatured whey, that is what do you mix with it and do you whip it up in a blender? > Thank you, Agnes >
