Guest guest
I forgot to mention I had supervision by a physical therapist and in the beginning (quite awhile) there was some factor about my back action or movement while on the table doing my Right Groin pain resolution exercises (plural ) that they had to be careful to watch and protect. Just so you don't think you can or that i did mine per some self help kit ior merely with some gym assistant simply looking up one or two exercises and having me start doing them on my own without watchful professional supervision. I also have psoriatic arthritis and that sometimes causes inflamation where the tendons and ligaments attach to the bones. I just feel like the pain I am having has something to do with the surgery. I will be starting Remicade next week. So, I guess if it is the other arthritis, maybe I'll get rid of some of the pain. I took Enbrel for 4 yrs. with some relief. Has anyone else had groin pain? Guest guest
Thank you, there are days when it seems better, then it will just start all over again. I have so much pain in so many places and it is difficult to determine if it is from the surgery, osteo or psoriatic arthritis. Guest guest
I told my therapist tiday that iwas glad for the Sundays giving me an extra day between sessions. But then I tried something on Sunday that gave me a new pain spot to have to deal with on a Monday when i should be fresh and more pain free. It just feels like Fibromyalgia with an only ttemporary and mistly justified reaon for now. As long as i don't foolishly do something i shouldn't as yet.
