Guest guest
First off, not crushed egg shells... take a whole raw egg submerse it in real lemon juice not that imitation stuff. (use real lemons) and every so often (like every 4-5 hours... ) gently swish it... so the egg doesn't break... about a day or two you will see it works... now gently, carefully lift the egg out without breaking it... you can then cook/boil whatever the egg. Shake the juice up and strain it... and viola! you have calcium. Suzi Pugh <gramlin@...> wrote: Does this really work? I tried an experiment (for my dog) soaking crushed eggshells in Apple Cider Vinegar. I expected the shells to completely dissolve, but even though I left them for weeks, they never did...... and the K9's The calcium will have leached out of the shell of the egg leaving only the membrane. This is all the vitamin D you need and best of all it is free. Or get your daily dose of sun anyway you choose. This will be the yeast colony that has formed during the fermentation and can be used to start new batches of ACV, Kombucha etc. It is also known in the brewery industry as the " Mother Wort " . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. The cloud just means the ACV is not filtered. The mother will look like a kombucha baby. No different. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
