Columbus Children's Nutrition Study

Dear Group Members,

I am a graduate student in child clinical psychology at Ohio State

University. In my research, I am studying the typical eating

behavior and nutritional intake of young children with autism between

ages 3 and 10. You can help with this project by completing a web-

based survey comprised of questions about your child's eating

habits. To thank you for your help with the project, you will

receive a profile of your child's nutritional intake (e.g., caloric

consumption, fat content, vitamins, minerals) as well as a gift

certificate upon completion of the study. The web-site is a secured

site to ensure that your responses remain confidential, and no

identifying information will be linked to your responses.
