Blue Cross Problem with Computer Assisted MIS Surgery

I hate this conservative Blue Cross. After they approved the surgery

and I had it 8 weeks ago (Dr. Coon quad sparing), they write a letter

saying they have completed a " retrospective review " .....and " Computer

Assisted surg navigational procedures " are " investigational " and they

are not covering this.

Don't know how many dollars this amounts to.

Has anyone else had this problems and is it worth it to appeal?
