I had my PT give me a print out of after care exercises and stretches. We

spent a good chunk of time in PT building those muscles around the hip to

allow more range of motion. It would be difficult to list here exactly how

to do them and what type of resistance band to use. I'm hoping you have gone

through PT and if so, they should be able to give you the specifics.
