...... that some group members cannot behave as gentlemen and ladies nor do they

know how to be polite even when they disagree. We can't be expected to always

agree. We should be expected to be polite.

The rudely posting person has been returned to moderated status, and the

offending posts have been deleted - all 5 of them.

Too bad coconut oil can't cure everything! )

So please forgive the momentary intrusion, and you may now return to your

regularly occuring discussions, but please try to remain civil. Impassioned

comments are okay - rude/sarcastic/profane ones are not.

If necessary, the entire group can be returned to moderated status, though I'd

rather not. I'll try to pop in more often than I have been.
