Guest guest Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 I have been using Navita raw orgainic, and have mixed it (50/50) with fresh made plan almond butter. I have eaten a couple tablespoons in the morning and in the evening. Now after a few days I have gained 3 lbs and I'm really bloated. (I love this mixture, and almost adicted to it.) Maybe I should have gone easy and gradually worked coconut oil into my diet. I am an A blood type, the blood type diet says avoid coconut oil. Does anyone have any answers for me? Thank you!!!
