Guest guest
I am a type 2 diabetic on meds and a low dose blood pressure med to protect my heart and kidneys I do put three tablespoons in my green tea in the morning. I feel good when I do. So if you are a diabetic tell me how it helps to keep your sugar low. Thanks in advance for responding to me. I love this group. Please never go away. Guest guest
Hi nice person; inulin, a prebiotic fiber, reduces blood glucose swings and supports the liver. Undenatured whey and selenium reduce the excessive oxidative stress seen in diabetes and most other degenerative conditions by increasing the master antioxidant glutathione. The detoxification organs are the biggest glutathione users. These supplements may reduce your need for blood pressure meds because the prebiotic reduces toxin load issued by pathogens in the bowel and the glutathione also eliminates toxins, which are physical stressors that contribute to elevated blood pressure. What you're also aiming for is reduced blood pressure and congestive heart failure risk, true? all good, Duncan > > I am a type 2 diabetic on meds and a low dose blood pressure med to protect my heart and kidneys I do put three tablespoons in my green tea in the morning. Guest guest
Heard on the Tesh radio show that 2 tablespoons of vineagar will drop blood sugar. Told this to my mom who wakes up with blood sugar of 300+ when she has her late night coffee & snack. She now eats a pickle after her snack & she wakes up with a sugar blood level under 100. Now how 'bout that?! -richard- I am a type 2 diabetic on meds and a low dose blood pressure med to protect my heart and kidneys I do put three tablespoons in my green tea in the morning.
