Guest guest
Hi Meredith, I'm now on my second magnetic induction cooktop. The one I got in '89 finally gave up the ghost last Sept and as electric cooking is my only choice. It was mag induction or nothing! I love this fantastically quick and clean method of cooking. But I've never heard a whisper anywhere about any effects on the food, or the cook, in all these years. I am an avid researcher, so I should've come across a danger message as I have with microwaves and cell/portable phones. But I can't tell you it's totally safe, only that I have not heard it wasn't. I didn't realise they had been around that long.
Guest guest
Meredith, Is there any brand(s) better than others? What are you going to buy? What's the price range? Are there small, portable/counter top units? -richard- I love this fantastically quick and clean method of cooking. > >
