Guest guest
This basic undenatured whey smoothie recipe makes 2 servings. 1/3 cup thick cream, 1 cup milk, 2 heaping scoops, ca. 70 grams undenatured whey (chocolate flavour?), 9 ground up 1,000 IU vitamin D3 pills, 2 ground 200 mcg selenium pills (selenomethionine), 1 rounded tsp inulin, 1 rounded tsp lecithin. Put the cream in a blender, emulsify the lecithin into it, add inulin and ground vitamins on low speed and add the milk, any coconut cream or coocnut mlk, the whey powder, then turn it off right away to not break the undenatured whey. If it's too thick, add more milk. If I run out of milk I use water. I've also used stale coffee as the liquid; it goes good with chocolate whey You can add quite a few more things to it such as stabilized rice bran, Chia, kelp powder etc., getting closer to my " glyconutrient pudding " that approached supplementation from another angle. all good, Duncan > > If your smoothie is drinkable and not thick, share with me what your quantities > are. Because, for me, I seem to have to add so much water to make it smooth that > I lose the flavor of the things I put in it. >
