Guest guest
Transdermal magnesium is simply magnesium chloride which can be found in good purity in aquarium stores if not in Syria then in Jordan I would think? You take the MgCl and add pure water little by little to make the most concentrated solution you can. The ultimate magnesium to take orally is magnesium glycinate which Swanson's (in USA) has at a very fair price. You need someone in USA to buy this then ship it to you. Magnesium glycinate is the least disruptive magnesium as far as giving you diarrhea. Best to you!On Tue, Oct 11, 2011 at 2:58 PM, Noura <n-taweel@...> wrote: Actually this product was meant to treat fatigue conditions, therefore it contains Mg along with amino acids, perhaps the reason you mentioned for the multiple Magnesium combinations was taken into consideration too. I live in Syria, and I'm a pharmacist, I'm sure there isn't such transdermal products here. Shipping isn't an option either. Thanks for replying!Be well, Noura Re: Magnesium Posted by: " Kendra " KCuyler@... suzyq46360 Tue Oct 11, 2011 9:01 am (PDT) that sounds like a good combination product. Because magnesium is so poorly absorbed some people believe that combo products offer the best chance atgetting adequate magnesium. If you don't mind me asking - where do youlive?Personally, I find that I do better with transdermal magnesium -- applied to the skin -- in the form of magnesium chloride. You can buy magnesiumchloride lotion, spray/oil, or flakes. One of the most highly regardedbrands is sourced in Europe (Zectenstein? Sea) Norway? You can get that brand cheapest thru Swanson Vitamins (if they ship to your country).KendraOhio, USAOn Tue, Oct 11, 2011 at 6:08 AM, Noura <n-taweel@...> wrote: >>> Hi,****>> I live outside the USA, I couldn't find several choices for Magnesium to> support my iodine protocol. Guest guest
Can someone help educate me about magnesium...I am newly in possession of the oil. I never know what my body needs, so I just keep trying things. I have made some great, some good and some ineffective decisions along the way. So this is just my newest thing to try. I have put it on my scalp because the jug says to use externally only. Where does the oil come from if magnesium is in fruits and veggies and almonds and those are foods? It makes me (uneducated as I am) wonder if there is something else in the oil that is not ingestible. Also, I normally wash my hair twice a week. In the case of using mag oil on my scalp, is it optimal for me to wash my hair and reapply the oil every day? For instance, today is the second day for the oil to be in my hair and I can still feel it. The texture of my hair is much different today, but it is not oily or otherwise dirty looking. My hair is sadly very very thin and has been falling out 8 years, but it is still happy, wavy hair if the humidity in the air is high. It loves the spring and summer and fall and I put no stylers into it. Other times of the year it is straight and looks like I need a hair cut. Well, today the temp outside is cold, so the air is dryer and so my hair would normally not be wavy, and it's not. So as it looks today, it feels thicker, but it is laying nicely -- not a bad hair day of thin, flat and yucky and looking like I need hair cut.
