Guest guest Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 I noticed that virgin red palm oil is high in Vit.E, tocotrienols, and carotenoids. If one were to use this oil either alone or interchangeably with coconut oil, how much should you consume daily? Also, does this oil need refrigeration? It certainly doesn't taste as sweet or fragrant as coconut oil! Thanks.
