Guest guest
hi, A trick I do on my trips to doctor is to have a bag of wheat, we are wheat farmers, on the floor. Its in a small bag where I can prop my leg up when it starts aching. Or I can lift it up and down with my foot, for exercise and getting restless. A sandbag or beanbag would work also. What does manipulated mean. Im at 112 degrees now at pt and they don't talk about manipulated. This miserable winter here in montana since october sure hasn't helped the knee,,, or the whole darn body ,, any..... linda From: Diva Sent: Saturday, February 19, 2011 11:36 PM Joint Replacement Subject: Manipulation under anesthesia Hello, I seem to have stopped getting more flexion (105-110 degrees). I am heading down to my surgeon this week and will most likely be having my knee manipulated on Wednesday. Anybody have any advice on how to keep the flexion going during my long ride home in the van (about 5-8 hours depending on how many stops we take) Any advice after I get home? I'd love to hear from you. Devora
