Guest guest
I didn't grow them, I sprouted the alfalfa seeds. Sorry if I didn't make it clear. I want to start sprouting wheat so that I can make rejuvelac again. Have you ever read " Rejuvenation " by Blauer? I have had the book for years, and that's how I got into sprouting. It's really a good book, based on Dr. Ann Wigmore's teachings. > I take alfalfa in capsules that I get from GNC, but I used to make alfalfa sprouts, and I am going to start sprouting soon, but alfalfa is one of the most nutritous foods in the world. The roots go deep into the earth to gather trace minerals from the soil. It is a rich source of all the vitamins A<B<C<D<E<F< and K, minerals and amino acids. After seven days growth, the leaves of the sprouts become green and their nutritive value increases even more. I feel so much better since I started taking the tablets, I take 6 a day, 3 in the morning and three with dinner. I had surgery three years ago,and I am just now begining to feel normal again. I also take barley green. > >
Guest guest
Your thoughts about alternative treatments of wet macular degeneration ( Age-Related Macular Degeneration )? Thanks, Pasha
Guest guest
Research such as this paper <http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0039625700001405> reveals much about the role oxidative stress plays in macular degeneration. I'd make sure to use antioxidants and especially whey and selenium, the glutathione increasers. Also, many things improve on an anti-aging program that focuses on regeneration, and I know a few people whose eyesight improved, one to such an extent that he no longer needed glasses. It's not an MD story but may be of interest. The fella is using SomaLife gHP to keep his HGH levels higher in adulthood and continued to report positive changes to his biology for more than five years. He is very pleased with additional benefits from starting on pregnenolone in the last couple of months. all good, Duncan > > Your thoughts about alternative treatments of wet macular degeneration ( Age-Related Macular Degeneration )? > > Thanks, > Pasha > >
Guest guest
I'm still using 50 mg pregnenolone most days but I'll soon go back to 25 mg every day. My wife takes 25 mg on alternate days. Her hot flashes have almost disappeared again. all good, Duncan > > Your thoughts about frequency and dosage?
