Guest guest
Well, I am going to log this experience because we don't have much about TSR's on the list. Mine is scheduleded for 9/24. First two lessons: I don't have to stop taking anti inflammatory meds two weeks before. They don't worry as much about blood clots with this surgery as with the knee and hip replacements. There's less blood loss too. Expected time in hospital: 2 and 1/2 days. Annie
Guest guest
I have just had one for a hip replacement and it was fantastic, I can highly recommend it. I had my shoulder done 4 weeks ago but wasn't given this option.. different surgeon, but I would have taken it if Icould... -- TSR I'm scheduled for TSR March 18th. The surgeon mentioned a lot of post opt pain and suggested a pain drip module. There's been tv ads against these devices so I've opted out of one being installed in my shoulder after surgery. But what I'm wondering has anyone used supplements of any kind to help recovery? Things like protein, omega 3 oil, etc.? Anything at all that helps build muscle and tendon. Thanks for any reply. ------------------------------------
