If so how do you use it for that? Also, I have extremely dry skin, in fact I am only 51 but my skin especially on my legs look like they belong to a 70 year old very wrinkly. So I am wondering if coconut oil would help with this and if so whats the best way of using it for that purpose? I'm already using it as a moisturizer. I also think it would be great to hear what changes in your body you have noticed using coconut oil and how you use it.
