Guest guest
Perhaps that is a good product...and you just need to be taking less... I am not sure what optimal blood levels are for this...anyone?... I am sure that there will be differing opinions even from medial folks on optimal levels... Seems I have read on this list (?) that higher is better... but there is a point where it can be too high...does it become toxic at that point?... or does the body simply excrete the excess out?... d From: Dolores <dgk@...> Subject: Re: Excess Vit D - was Supplements with out fillers Coconut Oil Date: Saturday, March 12, 2011, 12:32 PM Â Helen, According to Dr. Mercola the optimal amount of Vitamin D levels is 50-65 ng/ml. If you have cancer the optimal level would be 65-90 ng/ml. Anything over 100 is considered excess: http://www.lewrockwell.com/orig5/mercola7.1.1.html Best, Dee > >
