Perhaps that is a good product...and you just need to be taking less...

I am not sure what optimal blood levels are for this...anyone?...

I am sure that there will be differing opinions even from medial folks on

optimal levels...

Seems I have read on this list (?) that higher is better...

but there is a point where it can be too high...does it become toxic at that

point?...

or does the body simply excrete the excess out?...

According to Dr. Mercola the optimal amount of Vitamin D levels is 50-65 ng/ml.

If you have cancer the optimal level would be 65-90 ng/ml. Anything over 100 is

considered excess:
